How can Admins feature groups to our clients?

Featuring groups helps highlight key communities to brand users—and it’s super simple for Fohr Super Admins to do!

Here’s a step-by-step guide:


Step-by-step: Featuring a Group (Fohr Super Admins only)

  1. Find the group you want to feature

    Go to the Groups list view and locate the group you’d like to highlight.

  2. Click the ellipses (... )

    On the right-hand side of the group row, click the three-dot menu to open options.

  3. Click “Edit”

    This will open the group settings.

  4. Select the “Featured” option

    Check the box or toggle labeled “Featured”.

  5. Click “Save”

    That’s it! Your group is now featured.


🌟 What happens when a group is featured?

  • The group will now appear in the list view for all users
  • It will show up in the “Featured” filter on the top right of the groups page for all brands
  • In the table, the “FEATURED” column will show “Yes” for that group
  • The group will also be visible in the “FEATURED” tab for easy access

Only Fohr Super Admins have permission to feature groups. If you don’t see these options, check your user role or contact a Super Admin for help.
