How can I check my brands users?

• To add a user:
  1. Admin → Brand
  2. Scroll to Brand Users and look for your user’s name.
  3. If the user is not listed, click Add User.
  4. Enter their first name, last name, and email address.
  5. For permissions, select “Brand Manager – Managed Services.”

• If they do not have a Fohr account:

  1. You will receive an email with the subject “You have been invited.”
  2. Open the email and click “Set up my account” to activate your account. This will take you to the Fohr website.
  3. If the activation link doesn’t work, click “Reset Password” instead.
  4. You will receive a password reset email with a link—please make sure to click the most recent email you received.
  5. Once you’ve reset your password, you will be taken to the Creator Review page.

• If they already have a Fohr account:

  1. Simply log in to your Fohr account.

  2. If you can’t log in, try resetting your password—again, make sure to click the most recent password reset email.
