How can I share the content review link with clients?

How to Share Content Review with External Users (Like Clients or Vendors!)

Need to give someone outside Fohr access to review content? You can easily share content review pages with external users—no special login needed! Here’s how:

1. Go to the Content Review page for your campaign.
2. Click the “Share” button at the top right.
3. Enter the email address of the person you want to share access with, then hit “Send.”

That’s it! They’ll get an email prompting them to create a password or click the link if they already have an account!

Once logged in, they’ll be taken directly to the content review page. They'll have the same permissions as a managed service client, meaning they can:

•  View and filter content (by type, campaign, etc.)
• Leave comments
• Reject content (don’t worry—rejected content goes to the Fohr team, not the influencer!)

If they’re part of multiple campaigns, they’ll also see a dropdown in the top right to switch between brands or reviews.
