How do I create a Bulletin?

  1. Navigate to the Bulletins Section

    Head to the Bulletins tab in the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Create a New Bulletin

    Click "Create Bulletin" and enter the key details:

    • Bulletin Name
    • Description
    • Type
    • Open and Close Dates
    • Cover Image (what applicants will see)
  1. Add Bulletin Details

    You’ll need to complete three sections:

    • 📄 Content: This is what the recipient sees—title, description, and active date range.
    • ❓ Questions: These are the questions creators will answer when applying. Click "Add Question" and fill in the necessary fields.
    • 📧 Invitation Email: This is the email creators receive. Add a short intro about the bulletin and the brand to get quality applicants!
  2. Add Recipients

    Click the "Recipients" tab, then "Add Recipients."

    Use Advanced Search to narrow your audience by follower count, location, demographics, and more.

    Choose recipients one by one, or click "Add All" to cast a wider net.

  3. Send Yourself a Test Email

    Want to preview what creators will receive?

    Click "Send Email" > "Test Email," and enter your email to check the final version.

  4. Publish Your Bulletin

    Once everything looks good, click "Publish" to make it live.

  5. Send the Invitation Email

    Now you're ready to invite creators! Click "Send Email" to start receiving applications.

  6. Track and Manage Responses

    Go to the "Responses" tab to review applicants and group your favorites.

    You can continue adding recipients and sending emails anytime if you’d like to expand your reach!
