How to Add Deliverables to Your Campaign

You can add deliverables in three areas of your campaign: the Briefs tab, the Participants tab, and the Deliverables tab.

Adding Deliverables via the Briefs Tab

1. Go to the Briefs tab and select the group you want to assign deliverables to.
2. Scroll to the Deliverables section and click Add Deliverables.
3. Choose the type of deliverable:
   • Social Post
   • Event
   • Other (unspecified)

For Social Posts:

• Select the platform where the post will appear.
• Enter the deliverable name and any notes.
• Specify its position in the list (e.g., "2" if you want it to appear second).
• Add the submission date, forecasted date (important for revenue recognition), and asset quantity.
• Optionally, add estimated CPM, hashtags, mentions, tagged users, or geotags.
• Decide whether to apply these details to all participants or just the specific brief, then save.

For Events:

• Provide the same details as a social post.
• Include the event location.

For Other Deliverables:

• Choose the participant group.
• Add the deliverable name, to-and-from dates, forecasted date, location (if applicable), and notes.
• Include the position, estimated flat cost, and save your changes (apply to all participants or just the brief).

Adding Deliverables via the Participants Tab

1. Go to the Participants tab.
2. Select the participant you want to assign a deliverable to.
3. Scroll to the Deliverables section on their brief.
4. Add the deliverable following the same steps outlined above.
5. Once saved, the deliverable will appear in that participant’s brief.

Adding Deliverables via the Deliverables Tab

1. Go to the Deliverables tab.
2. Review the list of all deliverables, including their type, hashtags, mentions, and associated users.
3. Use sorting options (e.g., A–Z or by submission date) to organize deliverables.
4. Click Add Deliverable and follow the same process as in the Briefs or Participants tabs.

Note: Deliverables can be customized for specific briefs, groups, or participants depending on the selected tab.
